Kevin Feige has wanted to make Inhumans for some time now, but that may have changed due to the rift between him and Marvel Entertainment CEO Ike Perlmutter? If a new report from Bleeding Cool is to be believed, then yes! They claim to have heard rumblings that Inhumanshas been scrapped, and while it still publicly has a release date, it's already been dropped from Marvel Studios' slate. A reason for this happening isn't given, but it sounds like it could have something to do with Disney now overseeing the Marvel movies (at Feige's request) and Perlmutter remaining in charge of TV.
It's previously been claimed that the Marvel Studios President hasn't been a fan of the TV shows encroaching on the movie's turf, and it could be that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. pushing ahead with the concept of the Inhumans has soured him somewhat towards the characters. After all, Earth being full of new Inhumans would have to be addressed in their movie at some point! This doesn't make a whole lot of sense right now
