Taika Waititi is in negotiations to helm Thor 3, according to The Wrap.
Waititi is a New Zealand filmmaker best known for directing an episode of HBO's Flight of the Conchords and co-directing and co-writing the 2014 vampire mockumentary What We Do in the Shadows with Flight of the Conchords' star Jemaine Clement. Both Waititi and Clement starred in the film as well. He also penned the script for Disney’s animated movie Moana.
