The long-running petition to bring back Dredd has morphed somewhat, and instead of focusing primariliy on a sequel, it now seems mostly directed at a TV follow-up.
They've still got the backing of 2000 AD and they've still got more than 125,000 signatures from previous pushes...but what they also have is a slightly new appeal.
"With the success of series such as Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and The Man in the High Castle, the clamour of the growing fanbase for more from the incredible world of the 2012 DREDD movie cannot be ignored," the petition says. "We call on TV and movie producers to step up to the plate and give us more, either through a pay-to-view TV series or a new movie!"
