you can't release a dumbed-down Deadpool trailer without drawing some ire from the fans who have so far been incredibly enthusiastic about what they've seen from Fox's upcoming, R-rated superhero comedy.
So they're going to have their cake and eat it, too, this week.
The studio plans to attach a green band (for all audiences) trailer to Star Wars: The Force Awakens this week, and simultaneously release a red band (for mature audiences only) trailer as well -- likely just online, the Alberta Film Ratings Board has revealed.
This is similar to how they rolled out the first (and wildly popular) Deadpool trailer, following leaks of an even-more-adult sizzle reel screened at Comic-Con International: San Diego this summer.
