While it might be awhile before we get an Expendebelles, another female led spinoff is coming along rather nicely, and it could feature quite an impressive cast.
Oceans Eight, the spinoff of the successful Ocean's Eleven franchise (which itself was a remake of the original Ocean's Eleven) is close to deals with a number of talented actors according to Deadline. Warner Bros. is reportedly working hard to solidify deals with Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, and Awkwafina (Nora Lum).
