A Tremors television reboot is in the works, with Kevin Bacon on board to star and executive produce, according toEntertainment Weekly.
Universal Cable Productions and Blumhouse Productions are said to be working together to revive the franchise, which started with a cult film about giant, tunneling worms. The franchise continued through a series of direct-to-video sequels and a previous 13-episode TV series.
